David and Joan Webb
David and Joan Webb's presentation from AVS was very cool. It showed in real life what we were learning about the atmosphere, pressure, and more. Most of the activities had to do with vacuums. The vacuums sealed air tight and held in noise, increased the size of a balloon, allowed a feather and a washer fall at the same time, and more. He demonstrated how the atmosphere works with volunteers and several props. I thought that the presentations were very interesting but it was a little hard to understand all of the concepts.
