Let's Build It

Let's build it is a worksheet that allows you to gain practice creating actual ball-and-stick models from molecular formulas, using the Lewis dot structures. For each model you had to first draw the Lewis dot structure. Then you had to create a 3D molecular model using the Lewis dot structure as well as your guide. Some molecules had more that one shape in them. We learned of the different shapes such as tetrahedral and bent shapes. I thought that this worksheet really showed how to work out the lewis dot structures.
